4 Days Private Transportation in Ho Chi Minh City (Customized Itinerary)

Our Experience....... Without Prejudice. Service was booked and paid in full prior to arrival. 1. The airport pick up was 45mins late. We had to call several times to look for our pick up service. Others in our travel group had drivers waiting at the arrival gate. Driver that arrived spoke no basic English. 2. We specifically requested for drivers with basic English. We can get cheaper car hire elsewhere but engaged eOasis for basic English speaking drivers at a higher day rate. 3. We also hired a driver and car for a further 3 full days. The driver Hung was at stand by at the hotel and he spoke English. This driver was very good, pleasant, helpful and friendly. We will only use this service again if we have a driver like him. After a bad start, this driver made up for the bad start. 4. Unfortunately, the company planned to replace him with another the next day. We refused and called the office to insist that Hung be maintained for the rest of our booking. The office agreed to let him continue the following day. We were grateful. 5. On the 3rd Day Hire, Hung got replaced. We even called the day before (2 times) to ensure that we were assigned Hung again as he was now familiar with our routes in Hanoi. The office agreed to return Hung on both occasions. Both driver and I were shocked that someone else was asked to replace him and spoke no word of English.So we refused to use him until either Hung was engaged or an English speaking driver came. We waited an hour for a replacement. Finally, Mr Win arrived. he was pleasant too. 6. We decided to remind the company about our airport return pick up by way of an sms as the inconsistency didn't give us much assurances. The next day, I had a further 3 drivers call me to say they were waiting at the hotel for the pick up. However, luckily, the company returned my sms with the name of the driver. Otherwise, I'm not sure which car we would have used.
