Exmoor National Park is a locale blessed with unique landscapes of moorlands, farmlands & cliffs. The national park houses a variety of lichens, butterflies and other species. On a lucky day, one might be able to spot the local wild red deer. Additionally, at Nutcombe Bottom, near Dunster, there is a Douglas Fir that is recorded in the Guinness Book of Records as the "tallest tree in England".
