Cheese and Tea Tasting - 1 hour
The tasting focuses on special teas from the Nilgiris and helps in the understanding of how each of the teas are made, right from the time the leaves are harvest right through to the final brew followed by a sampling of some of the worlds finest teas.

Tour 2
Nilgiri Mountain Railway
A train journey in the Nilgiris that relies on its fleet of steam locomotives, accredited by UNESCO. It remains much as it was at the time of its completion in September 1908. The train runs on a Swiss rack system between Kallar and Coonoor, since it is the steepest rail road in all of Asia.
For more than a century, this train has chugged its way along a pretty and picturesque terrain. Along its course, the Nilgiris mountain railway passes through 16 intensely dark tunnels and is a true sensory treat offering its passengers jaw-dropping views of crystal-clear cascades, cliffs, tea estates and forests.
The journey starts at 15:15 and ends at 17:35 hrs

Coonoor Charms
Not far from Kurumba and at a 5 minute driving distance from tea nest lies the quaint town of Cornoor. Touted as the second largest hill station in the Nilgiris that is particularly famous for its carpet-like tea estates and tea auctioning , guests at Kurumba and tea nest can spend half a day - 4 hours and thirty minutes, to be precise - lounging around here.
