Tashi Tagey Tibetian Woman's Craft Centre
The Tashi Tagey Centre based in Gangtok, Sikkim, aims to reach Tibetan women a range of craft skills and to use these skills to produce items for sale. Hand knitted items, particularly sweaters and jackets, with traditional designs are a speciality of the Centre.

The Tashi Tagey Tibetan Women's Craft Center was established by Nyima Chungda to provide creative and employment oppurtunities for many Tibetan refugee women living in Sikkim. By purchasing knitted items from the Centre you will be directly supporting these women and thier work.
