Shervani Hilltop is a beautiful garden resort that is endowed with pristine freshness and charm. It has been beautifully designed with Terrace Gardens and makes for a complete holiday destination with games and activities for the entire family.

Spread out over the lush green peaceful mountain side,  it is has all amenities that assure home like comfort. This hill resort is built in the form of little cottages away from busy township. It is also a great destination for bird watchers.

Shervani Hilltop has 35 newly renovated rooms with wooden floors, furnishing, attached baths, cable connections and efficient room service.

Room types
Deluxe: These rooms measure about 150-170 sq ft ideal for a couple or single occupancy.

Premium: These are large rooms and each room has complimentary tea/coffee maker. Ideal for a family of 4, as 2 extra beds can be put in the room. All rooms have their own sit outs that face the lawns.

Suite: The Suites have one Master bed room and one sitting room along with a sofa cum bed. These rooms have a mini refrigerator, tea and coffee maker and a flat screen T.V

Hill view: The Hill view rooms are located on the first floor. Panoramic hill view from the window of the room, ideal for a family of 3 members with an extra bed

Presidential Suite: Easily one of the best rooms in Nainital, measuring about 600 sq feet this suite comes with a personal valet for your entire stay. The bedroom consists of a bed with an old fashioned wing chair in the typical buttoned leather styling and wooden polished parts. The utilities are common to both bedroom as well as sitting room.

Meeting & Conferences
Conference Facilities are available for upto 75 people in theater styled arrangement and for smaller meetings of upto 30-40 people, the new conference hall with all modern conference facilities is ideal. The resort offers a perfect venue for corporate events, conferences & dealer meetings, along with out door celebrations like Weddings, Receptions and other social events. 

The Company's Lien on Visitor's Luggage and belongings: In the case of default in payment of dues by a guest, the management shall be entitled to a lien on the luggage and belongings and to detain the same and to sell or auction such property at any time after the day of departure without reference to the party and appropriates the net sale proceed to clear the amount due from the guest.

Visitor's Belongings: For the convenience of the guest, safe deposit is available at the reception. While going out or during night times, guests are advised not to leave the key in the key hole. The company will not be responsible for the loss of residents' goods or any property,or any damage to property whatsoever including theft or pilferage.

Hazardous Goods: Storing of Cinema films, Raw & Exposed inflammable material or any other articles of a combustible or hazardous nature in residential rooms or store is strictly prohibited.

Carrying firearms in the room is prohibited. Any arms with license must be deposited at Reception by the guest and taken at check out.

Damage of Property: Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Hotel property caused by them, their friends or any other person for whom they are responsible.

Relation between Company & Visitors: Nothing herein above shall constitute or be deemed to constitute any tenancy or sub-tenancy or any right of tenancy or sub - tenancy or any right or interest in the Hotel premises or any part or portion thereof in favour of any guest or resident or visitor and the Company shall always be deemed to be in full and absolute possession and control of the whole of the Hotel Premises.

Government Rules & Regulations: Guests are requested to observe the Government Rules & Regulations in force from time to time with respect to registration, alcoholic drinks, firearms etc.

Laundry: Guest are requested to use the laundry services. Washing of clothes in room in not permitted. Please do not hang clothes outside as it spoils the beauty of the area. Clothes hung will be removed and no claims will be entertained

Others:

• Dogs & Other Pets are not allowed.
• Car Parking is at owner's risk.
• Visitors to the room are not permitted after 10.00 p.m. You are requested to meet them at the Lobby or Cafe
• Please refrain from bringing any eatables from out side.
• Generator will not run from 12.00 mid night to 6.00 am (As per local authority instruction)
• As per order of the hon'ble supreme court, guest are not allowed to play loud music outside after 10.00 pm.
