Rain Country Resorts is located in the verdant misty hills of Rain Forest at Lakkidi in Wayanad .The Resort is 1300 m above the sea level and It is one of the highest rain fed areas in India making it is one of the coolest places in God's Own Country. Rain Country Resorts is spread over 22 acres of land situated in a valley between three hills and surrounded by thick tropical vegetation. The number of cottages is 24 and is restricted in order to preserve the sanctity and serenity of the place.

Cottage room: Four cottages under one roof, This cottage is a concrete structure and provides an Ariel view of the resort. This can accommodate eight people (Two per room). Equipped with all modern luxurious facilities with separate wooden balcony and bathrooms with bath tubs.
Wooden Cottage: Two cottages under one roof with all modern amenities are available for our guests. Each cottage comes with two rooms (Bedroom & Dressing room) with an open veranda, dressing area and bath room. Wake up to a misty morning sunshine overlooking the lake within the resort. These cottages are stream facing.
Wooden Cottage Deluxe: Three cottages under one roof. This cottage overlooks naturally formed lake in the resort. This can accommodate six people (Two per room). Equipped with all modern luxurious facilities with separate balcony and open bathrooms with bath tubs.
Independent Cottage (Single cottage): This cottage is a concrete structure with wooden balcony with breathtaking view. Equipped with all modern luxurious facilities with separate wooden balcony and bathrooms with bath tubs.
Honeymoon Cottage (Wooden cottage): This cottage comes with an open veranda where one can sit and enjoy the bounty of nature and have a panoramic view of the resort. This luxurious cottage is equipped with modern facilities yet not compromising on Kerala heritage and architectural beauty. It has a separate dressing area and bathroom with bath tub.
