PREREQUISITES:

- good health and completion of the "AIDA medical statement"

COURSE PROGRAM:
Day 1
8:30-9:00: Meeting at the dive center, completion of medical statement and introduction
9:00-11:00: Theory session about Freediving physiology, safety and breathing techniques
11:00-12:00: Breathing and breath hold workshop
12:00-14:00: Lunch Break
14:00-16:30: Pool session, introduction to "Static" and "Dynamic" Freediving (time and distance)
Day 2
8:30-10:00: Theory session about depth and pressure
10:00-12:00: 1st open water session, introduction to diving to depth
12:00-14:00: Lunch Break
14:00-16:00: 2nd open water session, deep diving techniques
Day 3
8:30-9:30: AIDA 2 star course final exam
9:30-11:30: 3rd open water session, deep diving techniques, safety and rescue practice
11:30-12:00: Certification and registration at AIDA International
