Southland is an enchanting holiday destination surrounded by bountiful natural beauty.. To the west, you'll find the World Heritage Site, Fiordland National Park,where you'll be spell-bound by jagged misty peaks and glistening lakes. Here, you could try cycling through the Tuatapere Hump Ridge Track, one of NZ's wildest tracks. Fiordland also houses Milford and Doubtful Sounds which you can reach and explore by road, boat or kayak. To the east of Southland, you'll find the tranquil Catlins.
