Why Visit ?
Naracoorte Caves: It is South Australia's only listed World Heritage Site. Exploring this cave entails coming across evidence of existence of prehistoric mammals which you'll find in the depths of the Victoria Fossil Cave. It also has a Bat Cave that houses over 30,000 bats.

Coonawarra Wine Region: For all those wine lovers and collectors, this region is internationally renowned for producing some of Australia's best red wines. The wines are known and respected for their unique flavor and quality. This region has won many Jimmy Watson Trophies for Australia's best one-year-old red wine.

Mount Gambier: South Australia's largest regional city's principal attraction is Blue Lake. It occupies a crater of the extinct volcano after which the city was named. During the months from November to March the lake mysteriously turns deep blue and there has been no scientific reason to successfully explain why this happens.
Surfing in Steve's Place and swimming in Pool of Siloam are famous water sports to consider.
For a region that produces award-winning red wine, you are promised food that does justice to the food available.
  • Pipers of Penola
  • Cheese Factory Restaurant
  • Wild Ginger
The region has some amazing wineries and cellar doors, so if you are a wine collector, this is haven. You can stock up on red wine.

There are a few malls to where you get the basic necessities.
