A lesser known city of Cyprus, Limassol, is pretty different from the others courtesy to it's uncanny resemblance to the American city of New Orleans. It is a port with a detached Old City that is known for it's restaurants, cafes, shopping, theater and a modern looking urban zone where most of the commercial activity is concentrated. The city stands tall as a frequently visited tourist attraction with it's own list of hot-spots that keep you hooked, glued and entertained for days at length. The best way to reach Limassol is by taking the 3 hr 50 min flight from Dubai to Larnaca followed by 50 min road trip to  the city.
