Overview
This package is great for a balanced experience of the cultural and colonial times in India. One thing that connects Gangtok and Darjeeling is the historical significance that both the cities have, and one cannot deny the absolute aesthetic pleasure that both provide with the stunning views of the Majestic Mountains.

Gangtok offers a great opportunity to unwind from the hectic city. It is one of the cleanest cities that you would come across, and you can see the heavy influence of the Buddhist tradition and culture. Also, Sikkim has all forms of tobacco banned, providing a nice respite for your lungs.

A beautiful clump of villages grown into a city now, Darjeeling was established as a hill-station and summer resort by the British for its location and suitability for tea-plantations. In this city, you will find the influences of both traditional Buddhist and colonial Victorian architecture - a testament to the people who have made this city their home.

Both the places are popular destinations, especially in the summer months for both national and international tourists.
