Even though it rained it was a great night, from the staff to the food it was fantastic. Everyone had a laugh at Jacki as he threw poo at us. We used the umbrellas as shields . The rain stopped for the fantastic fire dance. Lovely Buffet dinner. Would recommend it if you want adventure and fun. Would go again.

activity was not really what i had expected at all. we did not "dine in front of the lion enclosure" and what we did dine on was buffet food.. the one on one animal encounters were "okay" but we felt very rushed. as we did with the entire zoo tour, we wanted to spend more time in front of some animals but were hurried along by staff. there were lots of people so I guess they had to do this. staff were very nice but I felt like the zoo was more like a circus than a conservation friendly animal attraction.
i would suggest visiting in the day and eating in a real restaurant.
Ubud
Apart from being know for its rice fields and steep ravines, Ubud is also the melting pot for art and culture enthusiasts and people seeking slow travel. It pleases the gourmand and offers a host of activities for those who love bustling about to those who enjoy quiet hours. There are numerous temples to visit that educate you about the Balinese religion and its rich heritage. Its affordable accommodation and numerous spas are bonuses. Definitely one of the best getaways for a discerning traveler who is looking to soak in the Bali way of life.
