Description
Start your day on the right note as you embark on a healthy journey. And don't be fooled, not all exercises have to be boring, as Flow yoga can attest to this. This method synchronizes breathing and movement for a smoother flow, thereby giving it a dance like appearance.
Classes run every Tuesday and Thursday at 10 am.
Additional information:
- First timers please arrive 15 mins before your class to get a briefing from the teacher.
- Arrive on an empty stomach, so avoid eating a full meal 3 hours before class.
- Bring water with you. Additional water bottles can be purchased at the studio.
- Wear light fitting workout gear. Avoid wearing long pants and t-shirts.
- Classes suitable for all ages over 15.
- Please arrive properly hydrated and enjoy your class!
