Getting to Darwin
Darwin, a multicultural city, is considered as one of Australia's most cosmopolitan cities. While it is the largest city in the Northern Territory, it is the smallest of the Australian capital cities. There are museums for history enthusiasts that trace the region's dramatic history. There are national and wildlife parks where you can see and feed the Australian saltwater crocodiles. The shopping scene is exciting too and there are a lot of locally made items you can buy. The food and restaurants in the city take any foodie to nirvana and they can spend weekends just munching away! There are a lot of getaways that are only a few hours drive away and Tiwi Islands are a boat-ride away.
