Why Visit ?
The Australian War Memorial: To understand the history of Australia, visiting this memorial is vital. The memorial involves the nation's troops in war, from the colonial period to the present day. There are also a range of new exhibits, including ANZAC voices and redeveloped First War galleries.
Other places to visit in Australia to visit to know more about it's ancient past would be, National Gallery of Australia, National Museum of Australia, Tidbinbilla and Namadgi National Park and Visitors Centre.

Parliament House: Located in Capital Hill, Australia's National Parliament has a grass-topped roof topped by an 81m-high flagpole. It also has 17 courtyards, an entrance foyer, the Great Hall, the House of Representatives, the Senate and endless corridors. Visitors can also watch parliament proceedings from public galleries.
Lake Burley Griffin: One of Canberra's most prominent landmarks. You could get involved in activities like yachting, kayaking and windsurfing at this lake. To completely take in this man-made lake would be to cycle around the perimeter.

Mount Ainslie: One could get involved in the heritage trail to enjoy the urban design of Mount Ainslie. At the Mount Ainslie Lookout you can see spectacular views of landmarks such as the Australian War Memorial, Anzac Parade and Parliament House.

There are numerous vineyards, so one can drive around and indulge in some amazing food and wine.
Pialligo Estate Farmhouse: Takes your palate to a whole new world! Sensational food and wine that complements the dish. On the outside you can see the panoramic view of Canberra. It has its own vineyard, garden and award winning Pialligo Smokehouse. One of the best rated restaurants in Canberra.

Temporada: This is again one of the top most restaurants in Canberra where you experience a relaxed and less formal dining.
