Beaches:There are many beaches around Atithi Parinay, Kotawade. 5kms is Aare-ware beach which is a lovely tranquil unspoilt beach.

Ratnadurga Fort: 15kms from Atithi Parinay, Located on the sea shore of Ratnagiri and spread across an area of about 120 acres, the fort is horseshoe shaped. Surrounded by sea on three sides part of the cliff is now a cave. Temple inside the fort called the "Bhagwati Mandir" which is dedicated to the Goddess Bhagwati.

Tilak Smarak: 15kms from Atithi Parinay , It is here that the great freedom fighter Bal Gangadhar Tilak was born. The ancestral house of the great freedom fighter of India is now a landmark and open to visitors.

Thiba Palace: 15kms from Atithi Parinay , This was built for the exiled King and Queen of Burma in 1910- 11 and now houses the Ratanagiri Sub-center of the Mumbai University.

Lighthouse: 15kms from Atithi Parinay , The lighthouse was established in 1867 and is one of the structure in Ratnagiri. It is a breathtaking view from the top of the lighthouse with Mandvi and Bhate beach on one side and Ratnadurg / Bhagwati temple on the other.

Ganapatipule: 15kms from Atithi Parinay , An ancient pilgrim center, it is located about 8 kms from Kotawade. Its coastline is abundant with scenic greenery. Head out to see the mysterious Swayambhoo (a naturally formed idol) of Lord Ganesh.

Jaigad Fort: 30kms from Atithi Parinay It is set high up on a cliff with a spectacular view of the sea. Situated at the entrance of the Sangameshwar River, it has a sheltered bay.

Karhateshwar Temple: Temple: 30kms from Atithi Parinay The temple is of wooden structure, built during the regime of Shilaharas.
