Pranavam Homestay

Situated in the heart of the scenic South Wayanad tea country is the Pranavam Retreat. It is an elegant mix of mud, wood and tile following the Kerala architectural style, Sit-outs at each end of the veranda provide conversation spaces. There are Panoramic views of rolling tea estates merging into mountains.

Tucked away in a plantation, away from all the hustle and bustle, the retreat has luxuriously appointed, spacious family suites. The entrance foyer on the mezzanine floor provides for a kid's den & sleep-space. The indoor courtyard lets in plenty of natural light. Double height sloping tile roof creates an immense yet intimate space.

Accommodation
Pranavam Retreat has aesthetically designed, luxuriously appointed, spacious family suites. Bungalow-style veranda for every room opens out to coffee plantation views. French doors open to a balcony with stunning views of the hills and mountains.

The rooms are equipped with a large king size bed & a modern bathroom with high-end fittings and fixtures. There is also a kettle to prepare your own beverage & a lockable cupboard inside every room.

Dining
They take pride in serving little known, rare, local and seasonal delicacies whenever possible. Delicious Kerala vegetarian meals are lovingly prepared and graciously served.

• Elephant ride - Elephant ride introduced in Wayanad, based in our plantation! Its applicable from Dec to Feb.
• Explore the verdant plantations of coffee, cocoa, nutmeg, and pepper on an elephant.

From Calicut, take the Mysore Highway (NH212). Ascend a mountain pass to reach Lakkidi, and then Vythiri town at around 65km.

From Mysore, take the Calicut Highway (NH212). Cross Sulthan Bathery, Kalpetta, and then Chundale to reach Vythiri town at around 150km.

From Vythiri town, take the Tharuvana Road to head towards Pozhuthana. At around 5km, the road descends into tea gardens.

At the next sharp left curve you will find our gate with a signboard saying "Edom" to your right.
