The elegantly furnished rooms have two single beds with world class sleeping comfort using hypoallergenic materials. A diwan is also placed in the room for a extra person.A study table has been provided for those who have the habit of writing and a computer also is provided in the room.Tea and coffee making facilities are availbnle in room itself. The well-planned bathroom has hot and cold water supply and a set of eco friendly toiletries. The serene atmosphere lets you relax on the open deck or laze in a nearby hammock. Each room comes with all essential accessories - umbrella, torchlight, solar lamp, ceiling fan and electrical outlets.

A traditional Kodava bungalow with all creature comforts. The bungalow has two rooms elegantly and luxuriously furnished as in the cottages. One room is accessible from the porch and the other is within the bungalow. The second room has a living, dining and a fireplace. It also has a small room that can house the children.

thought towards greener practices. The open plan dining area overlooks
the estate from a decent height and dining here is an experience in itself.
The décor is understated with the trees and the coffee plants providing an incredibly green backdrop whichever direction one looks. The Machaan Dining is a calm place to relax and unwind at any time of the day or night. The buffet menu is designed innovatively around local cuisines for differing palates.

Activities
Coorg golf links: If you would like to spend the day playing golf, Coorg Golf Links is just 45 minutes away, just before Virajpet.
Valnur fishing camp: Valnur Fishing Camp is on the banks of the Kaveri River in between Kushalnagar and Madikeri. This is a popular destination for anglers.
White water rafting: White water rafting on the Baraphole River in South Coorg is a challenging but enjoyable experience. The actual length of this run is between 3 to 4 kilometres, but the rapids on this river stretch can be a class 4 or 5 depending on the rains. The entire experience takes around 3 hours and happens only from July to October.
Abbey falls: A mere 7 kms from Madikeri, is Abbey Falls. The road is somewhat narrow but the drive is through lush coffee estates. If you are into waterfalls, Abbey is a place to visit.

Wildlife Safari: The Karnataka Forest Department offers wildlife safaris into the buffer zone of the Nagarhole National Park twice daily (06:30 am to 09:00 am and 3:00am to 6:00 am)

- There is no refund for cancellations made 15 days or less, ahead of check - in date
- 50% refund for cancellations made between 15 and 60 days ahead of check - in date
- Refunds will be made only by cheque from 15 days of cancellation
