A serene hill station lesser known in comparison to the likes of Shimla, Nainital and Mussoorie but for people looking for a cerebral de-stress through an isolated yet peaceful serenity then Dalhousie is the place to hit. This place is not meant for ones who love streets bustling with shopping and activity, malls or wild partying. Dalhousie plays the role of a retreat primarily for single travelers but over the years it has developed the reputation of being a really good honeymoon spot as well.
Khajjiar :A breathtaking valley with a spring at the center. Fondly called the 'Switzerland of India' for that meadow like look.
Upper Bakrota : Highest spot in Dalhousie, consists of a number of estates, a prep school, and an Army barracks at the top.. Some of the houses are beautifully built, but are mostly on private gated estates.
Kalatop wild life reserve: Was recognized as a game sanctuary on July 1, 1949.Lies between Dalhousie and Chamba at the northwestern extremity. The terrain is steep and typical of the Outer Himalayas. A perfect spot for a retreat. The panoramic views of the Pir Panjal Range and countryside are breathtaking.Trekking galore as the region is full of slopes and small ridges.

Tibetan Market: A market that offers exclusive Tibetan style handicrafts and handlooms. The market is run primarily by Tibetans.
