Suman Royal Resort lies at a distance of 1 km from the Kausani bus stand, at the 'Snow View' point.
The five year old Suman Royal Resort is surrounded by thick groves of deodar trees on one side and the other opens to the valleys, with a brilliant view of snow peaks so near, you feel you can touch them. The lobby is spacious with comfortable couches and traditional Kumaoni decor.
Facilities and Services
The hotel has a spacious conference hall with a capacity of 120 guests while the restaurant can also accommodate 45 guests. The basement houses a discotheque complete with state of the art music system and contemporary lights. There is also a small gymnasium in the basement.
Indoor games such as table tennis, carom, cards, chess and ludo are on offer. The gardens have a badminton court, a kids' play area and even a mini golf course. On request, the hotel can facilitate car rental. Other services include doctor on call and laundry services.
Room Amenities
All rooms at the hotel have same decor, the difference primarily lies in their size. The Luxury rooms are on the lower levels with a common balcony for all rooms. Superior and Premium rooms however have large, individual balconies with a great view. Premium rooms also have lovely wooden flooring.
Amenities in all rooms include telephone, luggage rack and television with satellite connection. En suite washrooms have round the clock running hot water. Bath amenities include moisturizer, soap and shampoo.
