Hunter Valley Gardens: One of Australia's premier tourist destinations. It is surrounded by spectacular vineyard and mountain views.The theme gardens tourist can visit are Rose Garden, Italian Grotto, Storybook Garden, Indian Mosaic Tea Garden, Japanese Garden and Chinese Garden.

In you are in Hunter Valley, visiting vineyards and tasting wine is definitely top priority. It houses over 120 wineries and the different locally produced wine is a source of pleasure to your taste buds. You could also visit the Cheese Factory located in the McGuigan's Estate and view the cheese making process.  
  • For some adventure you can try hot air ballooning and shadow the beautiful Hunter Valley while watching the sun rise. 
  • Golfing at the number of excellent golf courses.
  • Horse riding at the Hill Top Country Guest House.
  • Tandem Skydiving at the Hunter Valley Tandem Skydiving Centre.
Hunter Valley houses many award-winning restaurants that serve exquisite dishes and wine to complement the dish.

The Cellar Restaurant: The restaurant in bestowed with many awards and has a long-standing reputation for excellence. It specializes in Mediterranean cuisine and serves quality steaks. It also has an elaborate wine list that goes hand in hand with the delicious food. 

To indulge in the Mod Oz cuisine you can head to Restaurant Sanctuary and to try the French cuisine, you can go to Roberts Restaurant.
Hunter Valley is all about the wine. So the region is paradise for all those wine collectors. Vinden Estate Wines, Tallavera Grove Vineyard, McGuigan Wines Cellar Door and Tyrrell's Vineyards are a few vineyards that offer wine tours.

You can get home-wares and gifts at The Twig, fine chocolates at the HunterValley Chocolate Company and a variety of candles at Candelanra. 

In Hunter Valley Gardens Village you can also find a collection of boutiques and cafes.
