Peace and solitude are there to stay as you enjoy the comforts of a well furnished eco-cottage in the realm of nature.

A king sized bed, wardrobe, well connected  phone and internal systems, and a spacious bathroom and toilet may sound impossible in the forests but its true.

Dining:
'RANDHAN' the local restaurant is a systematic blend of space of the homes of the people of Ghats and the plains. A sloping roof, great indoors and a rustic buffet table, all create an atmosphere that welcome you to dine with us in style.
Serving ethnic traditional food by buffet only, the chief cook manages Randhan as his own, with special recipes from the Ghats laid out for you to choose from

Meditation Centre:
The meditation center and temple is a rare blend of simplicity and design and thus enables your inner soul to connect to nature at its best.

Swimming pool:
The obvious thing to do is retreat into our cascading swimming pool and have a date with the horizons for a change!

Cultural programs:
The myriad moods of nature fused with culture on a special evening as local artisans perform with dedication and honor at activity centers.

Cloude 9 - Garden:
You can chill out at Cloud 9, the garden bar, with its mystic surroundings and let Bhimnath, the local barman entertain you with jungle lore and folk art. And do taste "Hurrak" a local cashew  extract if you're in there at summer or better still, the wines as they heal your anxiety and and exhilarate your enthusiasm about the setting and enchanting company of nature that surround you.

Machans & hides:
Delve in to the midst of natural activity or on wind on a solitary level at our specially created Machans and hides and experience the thrill of watching birds and smaller wildlife in their daily activities or relax amidst birdsong and animal calls at down or dusk.

Special Nature encounter:
Special encounters with reptile experts, butterfly and bird watchers and ecologists of various fields are a special feature as they provide first hand experience with the subject and serve the purpose of education too!

Interpretive talk:
Listen to the invited experts as they speak on varied subjects from snakes and lizards to folk dance and art in natural setting and get enthralled by their knowledge and experience.

Slide shows and presentation:
Pictures speak louder than words! Which intimate moment of natural being in the campus captured in camera and develop an eye for doing the same. Slide shows, CD's and galleries await your appreciation and support in the activity areas, as they are not only awe inspiring and fascinating but also provide education.

Souvenir Shop:
The Souvenir shop at Wildernest is a showcase of products and handicrafts sourced from local communities that reside in the surrounding areas of the property. The Shop also stocks Wildernest memorabilia like post cards, t shirts, caps etc and promotes local produce like Honey and organic rice.

Treks and hike:
Pack your rucksack and fasten your shoes to walk away into paradise. A pair of binoculars and a bottle of water is all you need to set  into the wilds, for an experience of a lifetime. Designed for various age groups our trails and route offer adventure and excitement at every step and transport you to a world you've never seen before.

Visit to places & shrines:
Discover age old rock, art carving, icons and shrines and remain animated by the art and tradition of ancient monuments and custom in the vicinity. Travel with our naturalist into the past to learn more about the future and come out spellbound and inspired!

Wild life:
Consisting of mix of deciduous, secondary semi-evergreen and wet deciduous forest types, which contain plant species with thick undergrowth, the sighting of large mammals is poor in the forests that surround the campus and thus viewing is not possible for the enthusiastic guest that are here for a short span of time. While wildlife is in its plentiful, sighting are poor thanks to the ability of animals to camouflage in the thick undergrowth of shrubs that are part of this forest.

The Ayurshala at Wildernest Nature Resort is a unique effort to revitalize the dying traditions of the local knowledge of medicinal plants in the Goan Western Ghats and is based on the principles of Ayurveda in its purest form as envisaged by the local communities.

The Ayurshala strives hard to break the misconception of the typical styles of Massage therapies followed elsewhere, and delves into the true sense of local knowledge to combine ancient medical science with modern school of thought and comes afresh with some of the most rejuvenating therapies that have ever happened.

Using derivatives of medicinal plants, herbs and roots and coupled with natural elements like buttermilk, water and natural gel, simple rejuvenation therapies are practiced here, in the best of settings and help provide mind, body and soul a different experience altogether.
