The accommodation, consists of 2 cosy suites/cottages and 5 luxury Classic rooms in the quaint Old Block that offers a spectacular view of the expansive valley and beautifully tended gardens.
The New Block at the entrance, houses 4 deluxe rooms and 4 standard rooms which has only a partial view of Kodaikanal town. All the suites, / cottages and rooms can accommodate a couple and a small family with one child.

Deluxe Suite: Tastefully furnished with antique furniture, carpeted flooring and pinewood ceiling the suite / cottages consists of a bedroom and a living room with valley view.

Classic room: Most recently renovated, compact and elegantly furnished with wooden flooring and pine wood ceiling the classic room commands a breathtaking view of the valley and best suited for honeymoon couples.

Deluxe room: For the budget conscious, the moderately furnished and clean Deluxe Rooms have carpeted flooring and a balcony, Located in the new annexure at the entrance of the hotel the rooms have no Valley view but only partial view of the Kodaikanal town. The size of the room is 12 x 17 including the balcony, which is suitable for a couple and a small family with one child.

Standard room: The standard rooms are comparable with deluxe rooms, which do not have a balcony and view. Guests staying in these rooms can enjoy the view from the garden.
