Located in a beautiful remote 70 acre island sanctuary just 3 hours from Bangalore or 2 hours from Mysore.

We offer Indian food, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, mostly local in flavour. The spice levels are kept moderate keeping in mind the varying palates. We do sometimes offer Continental on request for special groups.
A delectable buffet spread of vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is provided.

The Rappa has 8 tented cottages with attached modern bath. Stay in comfort at our executive tents, an experience to remember for all times. With sitouts, attached toilets and a great view, you would take back to your screensaver adding to the close-to-nature experience of the place. Located sufficiently away from any habitation, The Rappa offers complete peace and tranquility.

The Rappa has a huge range of Swiss tents and igloo tents to become the centre of your paradise. With an impressive collection of camping equipment and activities on offer, The Rappa leaves you and your family with no excuse not to enjoy the beautiful world you live in.

Sit back on the machaan(Tree House) and tuck into a buffet breakfast or lunch, among other hungry souls like you. While dinner is generally a quiet affair, as you savor the view and the natural ambiance along with the food, the evening barbecue by the riverside is more spirited and lively. As twilight dissolves into the night, a bonfire is lit and while you recline on a lawn chair or swing leisurely in a hammock, preparations are afoot for the barbecue - of grilled chicken, fish or vegetables.
