Overview
Mistycove is an exclusive homestay situated on a prime lakefront property at Kodaikanal. It has 5 cottages, scattered over 3 acres of lush gardens with beautiful views. It is equally suited for a romantic getaway or a fun filled family vacation.

They take pride in their beautiful award winning gardens which have sprawling lawns overlooking the lake with rose gardens, flower beds, and mature fruit and shola trees.

Mistycove is a 100% vegetarian homestay and even outside non-vegetarian food is not allowed on the premises. It is also an alcohol/tobacco free facility.
The Stay
The accommodation at Misty Cove consists of 5 colonial style lakefront cottages scattered over a 3 acre prime location with a lake frontage of over 500 feet. All cottages have one large bedroom, one small bed room, one living room with a fire place, one kitchen and one bathroom. All bathrooms have hot water facility and kitchen can be equipped, on request, for those who opt for self cooking. All cottages are adequately furnished without being flashy. There are no TVs at Mistycove. However, the caretaker will help you to find one on hire if you so desire.
Things to do
Kodaikanal is one hill station that offers a range of outdoor activities, to suit visitors with varied interests and physical capabilities. Rarely does one find so many activities, so easily available at any other single hill station in India. Some of these activities are - Boating, Golfing, Horse riding, Cycling, Hiking, Camping, Wilderness trails, Wildlife watching, etc.

While relaxing on the premises, one can indulge in a game of Cards, Chess, Carom, Frisbee, etc. One can also just laze away in the hammock or read a book by the outdoor fireplace. On advance special request, group activities like Yoga and Pranayama classes, Meditation sessions etc. can also be arranged.

Mistycove is so strategically located that you do not need to worry about local transport for most of your needs. Walk time to some of the important locations are as under:
