Cruising along the backwaters of Malabar is an unforgettable experience. If you have not experienced it, here is a golden opportunity to do it at a fraction of its original cost. You could get the House Boat of your liking, saunter down the cool placid waters of our world-famous backwaters, have a merry time and get back home either the same day or after spending a night as well as floating around.

Some House Boats have 2 air-conditioned bedrooms that can be occupied by two families at a time. The boat is anchored at night while you savor our cuisine and have a peaceful sleep. If you are not family but would like to have a conference or a get-together, it is the ideal venue for 20-30 persons.

Built with palm leaves thatch roof in true malabar style, serving breakfast and fast foods, the coffee shop overlooks the serene backwaters of Malabar and the swimming pool.

Swimming Pools: They have a large swimming pool with it's own ozone treatment plant, a Jacuzzi and a small paddling pool for kids.

Fitness Centre: For the fitness freaks, we have a fully equipped gym for workouts. Also Basketball to expend extra energy. There is also a Jogging Track by the river side.

Ayurveda Centre: Green Leaf status, a Kerala Govt. recognition for quality, purity and authentic ayurvedic rejuvenation.

Air: You can fly to Mumbai (Bombay) or Chennai (Madras) in India, from your country . From here, there are daily flights to Kerala's three international airports - Kochi (Cochin), Kozhikode (Calicut) and Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum). Calicut Airport is just 12kms away from Kadavu. Cochin International Airport is 160 kms and Trivandrum airport is 350 kms away.

Rail: Convenient Train Connections to Calicut are also available from Cochin and Trivandrum.

Road: This hotel is also known as a highway resort as it is situated on national highway NH17, off bypass road, near the airport and also this highway resort is just 14km from Calicut, the downtown. A lot of Luxury Buses/Taxis are also available from all Metro cities in India to Calicut. The Nearest Bus station is at Calicut.
