Kodaikanal is connected by road with Chennai (520-km), Ooty (264-km), Trichy (197-km), Coimbatore (175-km), Kumili (160-km), and Madurai(120-km). Regular bus services are available from Madurai, Palani, Kodaikanaal Road, Theni, Dindigul, Tiruchirapalli, Kumuli (Thekkady) and Coimbatore. Additional buses ply during the season. Taxis and vans are available for local transportation. There are no auto-rickshaws in Kodaikanal.
By Air
The nearest airports are the Madurai airport (120 km from Kodaikanal), Coimbatore airport (165 km from Kodaikanal) and Trichy airport (220 km from Kodaikanal)

Cancellation Policy
Peak Season Cancellation Policy : April 20th to June 10th , December 20th to January 20th
- Booking cancelled more than 30 days before prior to check in date - Full Refund.
- Booking cancelled between 16 - 29 days prior to check in date - One Night Retention.
- Booking cancelled between 01 -15 days prior to check in date - No Refund.
- There shall be no refund in case of Short Stay, No show and cancellation on check in day.
- In the event of Full Refund, a cancellation charge of Rs.500/- will be recovered.
Low Season Policy :- June 11th to December 19th, January 21st to April 19th
- Booking cancelled more than 16 days prior to check in date - Full Refund.
- Booking cancelled between 08 - 15 days prior to check in date - One Night Retention.
- Booking cancelled between 01 -07 days prior to check in date - No Refund.
- There shall be no refund in case of Short Stay, No show and cancellation on check in day
