The lake within the property attracts a lot of wildlife and if you are lucky you might just spot an elusive wild cat while sipping your evening tea perched safely in the machaan.

ACTIVITIES:
- Wildlife Drives: At Inn The Wild, you do not need to go in search
of wildlife, you are surrounded by it! Deer, wildboar, bison and elephants are
frequently sighted from the balcony of your room. There are wildlife drives undertaken at dawn and in the evenings at dusk.
- Early-Bird Photography: The waterhole and the machaan are an ideal spot for
all aspiring bird-watchers and photographers.Tip: start at the
crack of dawn, capture the beautiful sun-rise and capture the early morning
character of the forest.
- Bon-Fire Evenings: The best way to unwind and enjoy the forest settings
in the evening is to kick off your shoes, warm your heels around a fire place, play a few games, and exchange a few stories about what you
saw in the day and what you hope you don't see in the night.
- Cultural Activities: Want to try something different between your
adventurous mornings and mystical evenings? Inn The Wild has a very informative and
educational mid-morning experience in form a visit to the native people of
Nilgiris. Among other things, learn about their clothing, their homes, their
language, their community and even experience dining with them for lunch,
eating and understanding their authentic food.
- Volleyball: So you think you are good? Team up with your mates and beat the staff on their own turf.
- Gymnasium: There is a fully equipped gym on
our property. Go ahead and work off some of those extra vacation calories
before they get to your waist.
- For you book-worms: One of the best ways to relax after lunch is to grab a
book right before your afternoon siesta.
ACCOMMODATION:
This resort can accommodate a maximum of 36 people. There are different categories of accommodation as listed below.
- Tree House/Tree Top: Tree houses provide the best view of the lake - includes bedroom, attached bathroom, upper sit out area, and lower deck
- Tribal Home: Quaint thatched-roofed structure embellished with tribal art -includes bedroom and attached bathroom.
- Jungle Shack:Quaint thatched-roofed structure -includes bedroom and attached bathroom.
DINNING:
All meals are served buffet-style at the restaurant during the designated hours. While vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are included, please inform the Reservations Staff if there are any special food requirements - Jain, Vegan, etc.

- A la carte menu to order additional snacks or beverages during meals at the restaurant or in-between meals to the room.
- Campfire Jungle Barbecue with exotic meats options.
