The Casa is an ode to their Granny Severina, after whom the place is christened. With Casa Severina, the Sequiera family have brought alive their granny's dream of an inviting traditional home on a beautiful land with many secrets to tell. This hacienda is designed to offer privacy and a sublime spirit reminiscent of an inspired Batkar's mansion (Batkar - Portuguese word for landlord).

With only 17 elegant suites, Casa Severina keeps things intimate, respecting your need for privacy. Delight in the individually named rooms 'Spanish style' each room's name and number hand crafted and painted in Spanish-Portuguese style. Deluxe room: The Deluxe rooms are more spacious than the Junior suites in terms of size of rooms, balconies and bathroom.
Junior Suite: The Junior suite bathrooms are equipped with shower cubicles, whereas the Deluxe bathrooms have shower cubicles as well as bathtubs.
Luxury Suite: The Luxury suite, Casa Andre, is exclusive from the rest with a large separate living room, balcony with breakfast table, cozy bar cum reading room den and a much grander bathroom. It also has the luxury of being the only room where breakfast is served in the room.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations for a room reservation must be received 30 days prior to the day of arrival.
- Hotel reserves the right to levy full retention room charge and taxes applicable thereof, as cancellation or no-show charges unless the hotel is notified of any changes 30 days prior to arrival date.
- The deposit made is non refundable. The hotel, under these circumstances may allow the guest to re-schedule the arrival, subject to room availability. New rates as per the website will be applicable to the change in arrival schedule.
